

Ingredients
Greek yogurt or plain yogurt
Fresh fruits (berries, banana, mango, apple, or seasonal fruit)
Granola or toasted oats
Honey or maple syrup (optional)
Nuts or seeds (optional)
How to make
Wash and chop all fruits into bite-size pieces
In a glass or bowl, add a layer of yogurt
Add a layer of fruit
Sprinkle a layer of granola
Repeat layers until the glass or bowl is full
Drizzle with honey or maple syrup if desired
Top with nuts or seeds for extra crunch
